Started a self-initiated study group with some of the third years and the second years. First meeting was a bit of  a meet-and-greet, so we decided our first piece of homework would be something simple. Decided on squash and stretch as it's one of the simplest animation principles.

The first animation does not use motion guides, hence the sort of bobbing effect of the ball. The second animation does use motion guides and ultimately feels a lot smoother. I think it's too fast but that's not too big of a deal, i think.
